Jeff Hardy Scheduled To Appear In Court Today To Face Drug Charges

 Jeff Hardy is scheduled to appear in front of Honorable Judge James M. Webb in the Superior Court in Moore County in Carthage, North Carolina today to face four counts of drug possession stemming from his arrest at his home on September 11th, 2009. 

Court records state Hardy faces four counts of drug possession. Hardy is scheduled to appear alongside 30 other defendants at 9:30 am. Hardy’s case last month was pushed back to today’s date due to the court running out of time to trial Hardy during the morning session of the court.

The list of charges against Hardy are as follows:

* Felony drug trafficking. Two felony charges of possession of a Schedule lll controlled substance or drug.

* Felony possession of cocaine. Felony maintaining of a dwelling for redistribution of controlled substances.

* Misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia.

* Conspiracy to traffic opium.
