Favorite To Win NXT Season 2?, More:

Source: The Wrestling Observer Newsletter

- Goldust was believed to have injured his knee during the 7-on-7 match on RAW last night. He worked during the second RAW tapings last night, so it looks like he is going to be fine. He posted a note on Twitter today that said, “My knee is ok, just scared me last night, its sore.” Though later that day he said he was “just fine.”

- WWE newcomers Jey and Jimmy Uso have received much praise amongst company officials. The twin sons of former WWE star Rikishi have quickly risen up the ranks in the company as they were signed to developmental contracts just last January.

- There are no RAW guest hosts that are expected to be scheduled until after the SummerSlam pay-per-view next month. The only two names that have been booked for after the PPV are child star Bobb’e J. Thompson, who stars alongside Big Show in the upcoming WWE Studios film Knucklehead, and country music artist Toby Keith who have been booked to host episodes of RAW in October.

- Many within WWE are predicting Michael McGillicutty or Alex Riley to win the second season of NXT, though there is always a possibility of a dark horse winning the competition. It should be noted that Husky Harris has unanimously impressed a good amount of people in the company.
