WWE Upset Over Visa Issues For 2 Stars, Sheamus Next To Go?, More

WWE officials are said to be not too pleased when it comes to the issues with Drew McIntyre and Wade Barrett's work visa that are keeping both men from legally competing in the United States. However, one member of WWE management claims that the issues aren't that serious, saying they both only needed to fill out necessary paperwork.

However, it is confirmed that it is more serious than some officials are claiming it not to be, as WWE creative has been informed not to expect Barrett or McIntyre back until after the SummerSlam pay-per-view in August. This is bad news with Barrett being the leader of The Nexus stable and with the new report that McIntyre was scheduled to win the SmackDown briefcase at WWE’s Money in the Bank pay-per-view.

Barrett is currently back in the United Kingdom until he is able to get his visa renewed. The storyline reason for his absence on RAW was that he was at WWE Headquarters pleading The Nexus' case to WWE management. As for McIntyre, he is back in his native country Scotland to work on getting his new visa sorted out. It's believed that WWE decided to put a little truth into his storyline departure from television during SmackDown last week. It’s still possible however that they could be back sooner than what's expected.

There has been some speculation that WWE Champion Sheamus may get caught up in the same work visa situation but the feeling from one member of WWE management is that either WWE caught it on Sheamus’ end while missing it on Barrett & McIntyre’s end, or Sheamus was proactive in bringing the situation to WWE’s attention and they handled it without thinking about Drew or Wade.
