- Maryse and Yoshi Tatsu are scheduled to go to Japan in early July to do some media events for WWE’s upcoming tour there.
- WWE will tape tonight’s NXT and this week’s SmackDown from the Mohegan Sun Arena in Wilkes-Barre, PA. NXT will see the first fan and Pros poll for this season. No matches have been announced for SmackDown but we will learn the eight participants for the brand’s Money in the Bank match. CM Punk and Jack Swagger vs. Big Show and Rey Mysterio in a steel cage match is being advertised locally.
- The Nexus stable on RAW now has a Twitter page at twitter.com/TheNexusWWE. They also now have a Facebook page. The definition for Nexus they have listed reads like this, note the tie reference:
“NEXUS: 1) a means of connection; tie; link 2) a connected series or group 3) the core or center, as of a matter or situation.”
