WWE Tops Movie Charts, Opening Segment For Tonight's RAW, More

- WWE has announced that tonight’s RAW will open with the anonymous General Manager announcing the fate of The Nexus after their recent attacks on John Cena, Bret Hart, Vince McMahon and the WWE Legends.

- WWE's SummerSlam marketing features Triple H and Undertaker, which indicates they are expected back before then. Taker suffered a concussion, broken orbital bone and broken nose in May while Triple H has been off television to film a movie for WWE Studios. 7-11 are sponsoring Summerslam again this year. The company is also partnering with Burger King for a kids toy promotion.

- SmarTrend listed WWE among the top five companies in the movies and entertainment industry as ranked by operating margin. A healthy operating margin is required for a company to pay its fixed costs and generate cash. The other four company's were Time Warner, Imax, Cinemark and EDCI Holdings.

- John Cena vs. Sheamus in a steel cage match is being advertised for the RAW in Boston on August 30th.

- Ricky Steamboat’s condition has improved over the weekend and all signs point to him recovering. WWE officials are hopeful that Steamboat will be able to resume his backstage duties with the company soon.

- The new NXT ring announcer Jamie Keyes is said to be not to in favor with management right now for her work on the NXT show, but that's most likely going to change since soon. She previously was the ring announcer for FCW before being called up to the main roster. Keyes is also, believe it or not, a trained wrestler but WWE are said to be still trying to find a female ring announcing voice to replace Lilian Garcia, which officials hope would be Keyes.

- WWE is not ditching the guest host concept entirely, but just cutting it back, which is the reason why there have been no guest hosts the past 2 weeks. The concept was tweaked after WrestleMania in April, with the hosts no longer being the focal point of the shows as WWE didn't like how some of the hosts showed a blatant lack of knowledge with the product. However, both Vince and Stephanie McMahon are high up on the concept because of the celebrity tie-ins and mainstream media attention it gives the company.
