WWE Hall Of Famer Ricky "The Dragon" Steamboat Hospitalized

The WWE issued a statement earlier today that WWE Hall of Famer Ricky "The Dragon" Steamboat was hospitalized on Wednesday night for pain in his neck and shoulder area. The statement openly stated that the angle on RAW where The Nexus took out Steamboat was a stunt, meaning it is not apart of an angle. “It is not clear if his current condition is related to his performance on Monday night,” the statement read. “WWE is waiting to hear more from the attending physicians.” It was revealed by Dave Meltzer of F4WOnline.com however, that Steamboat actually suffered a brain aneurysm while in his home residing in Tampa, Florida. There are no further details on the report other than what WWE has notified on their website, which laterprovided an update on Steamboat's situation that read, “According to medical officials, his condition is most likely not related to his performance on Monday night, and Ricky’s medical prognosis is good to excellent.”
