Velvet Sky's TNA Pay, Kevin Sullivan/TNA, Angle Banged Up, More

- TNA is currently working on putting together a tour of Australia.

- Velvet Sky’s new contract with TNA raises her pay from $300 to $600 per show.

- Due to poor ticket sales, TNA’s Victory Road VIP party has been discounted from $299 to $99. There were reports last weekend that the company had sold less than a dozen VIP packages. Yes, less than 12. The few fans who did purchase the packages at $299 are being refunded $200.

- Former WCW star Kevin Sullivan had met with Dixie Carter about coming in to TNA creative and had already booked out a year of TNA storylines. Actually, Sullivan has presented an idea that involves a year-long main event storyline. The angle involves bringing in a top star who the company would have trouble signing.

- Kurt Angle was banged up over the weekend at the TNA live event in Brooklyn, New York. The next night in Asbury Park, New Jersey, Angle didn’t wrestle but did cut a promo and sign autographs for fans. Angle put over Desmond Wolfe but said TNA cut the legs off his push. Angle also said that at one point he asked for his release from TNA because he didn’t want to be in the same company as Jeff Jarrett, but now they are good friends. Angle did an interview on a NY radio station saying that next year may be his final year as an active wrestler.
