WWE officials have confirmed the reports of NXT season 2 Rookies Alex Riley being injured during his match against Kaval at last week's FCW tapings. The match was stopped because of his excessive bleeding from the back of his head after a backwards fall into the guard rail.
Riley suffered a concussion and had to get minor stitching to close the wound. Riley is expected to be out of action up to a month. Riley had visible stitches and swelling on the back of his head, which the NXT cameras managed to avoid both the stitches and swelling during his mic work Tuesday night.
