Report: Jeff Hardy No-Shows Court, Trial Pushed Back Yet Again

Jeff Hardy no-showed his scheduled court appearance in the Superior Court in Moore County, North Carolina today. Hardy is facing four counts of drug possession, stemming from his arrest at his home on September 11th 2009, following his departure from WWE.

Hardy was charged with four cases of drug possession including five felonies including drug trafficking, two charges of possession of a Schedule III controlled substance or drug, possession of cocaine, as well as maintaining a dwelling for redistribution of controlled substances. He was also cited for misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia and later busted again, early in January 2010, for conspiracy to traffic opium.

Hardy's trial had been delayed multiple times before, leading people close to the situation believing the defendants have no case. The District Attorney said they are still waiting on a plea bargain from Hardy's legal team, and stated that Hardy will be due back in court on September 9th.
