New WWE Friday Night SmackDown! Superstar Already Drawing Huge Heat

It appears as if the newest talent on WWE Friday Night SmackDown! is already a hit amongst the WWE Universe, due to the reported amount of “heat” he has already sustained, prior to even appearing on World Wrestling Entertainment television.

The guy I am speaking of, is none-other-than, Alberto Del Rio, who has appeared in several vignettes over the past several weeks, hyping his arrival in World Wrestling Entertainment.

Del Rio took on veteran talent, Finlay, in a singles contest, in which Del Rio was victorious. It makes sense for a young talent to work with a veteran such as Finlay, to better prepare himself for his opportunity on the active roster.

Better known as Dos Caras, Jr., Del Rio was inked to a World Wrestling Entertainment contract around this time last year to a three-year deal, but rumors persisted that he would come straight to the WWE main roster as a part of his new contract. It appears those where false because he has remained down in the WWE’s developmental territory, Florida Championship Wrestling, during most of his stay in World Wrestling Entertainment thus far.

During post WrestleMania 26 tours this year, Caras wrestled as both a heel and face, and sometimes under his trademark mask, that he wrestled under during his stay on the Mexican wrestling scene. He mostly wrestled the likes of Christian and William Regal as a part of the Monday Night RAW brand.

Del Rio has a ton of in-ring hype and loads of potential according to several individuals inside World Wrestling Entertainment. Many people inside the promotion expect a strong debut in the company, similar to what Muhammad Hassan accomplished, upon his arrival into the promotion several years ago.

A few names to throw out there as possible candidates to feud with Del Rio upon his debut into the WWE, include Montel Vontavious Porter, “Captain Charisma” Christian, and WWE Intercontinental Champion, Kofi Kingston.
